ADULT GROUP MEDITATIVE VOICE
Connect to the power of your voice, and commit to letting your voice be heard in 2020! We will use breath work, mantra, visualization, and experimentation to unlock the secrets of the vocal channel.
This class will happen via Zoom. Please provide your email at check out, as you will be sent a Zoom link before class begins. Wear loose and comfortable clothing, in a setting where you will not be disturbed.
Class will run from 8 - 8:45pm, followed by a question/answer/sharing session until 9:15pm.
